"Storrowed" Truck Carrying Transformers Causes Hazmat Situation

BOSTON (CBS) -- A hazmat team had to be called in to help with an accident on Storrow Drive Sunday morning after a truck carrying transformers hit a bridge. The truck was still under the bridge at 6 p.m.

The truck "storrowed" in the eastbound lane around 9:30 a.m. near Charles Circle.

The transformers began leaking after the incident which forced hazmat crews to come clean up. No one was hurt.

The road was open again at 9 p.m.
