CONCORD (CBS) — The 15-year-old Concord Carlisle High School student hit by a train Friday night has died.

Transit Police say Sophomore Dylan Smyth was riding his bicycle across the tracks at the West Concord Rail Station when he was struck by a commuter train.

Smyth was taken to the hospital where he died Saturday afternoon.

Foul play is not suspected even though the incident is still under investigation.
