EASTON (CBS/AP) — A Florida man arrested in connection with the shooting death of a man in Massachusetts last week has refused to waive extradition.

Prosecutors say 47-year-old Michael Arthur Noguera will be held without bail in South Carolina while Massachusetts officials obtain a special warrant. Bristol County District Attorney’s Office Thomas M. Quinn III says the process could take several weeks.
