Watch: Steve Burton's Alligator Blooper
BOSTON (CBS) – Steve Burton appears to have a hidden talent – alligator wrangling.
While taping a segment for this Sunday's edition Sports Final, the WBZ-TV sports anchor was holding an alligator brought to the studio by herpetologist Michael Ralbovsky.
Spooked by a nearby crocodile, however, the alligator began to flail in an attempt to escape Burton's grasp.
But the gator was no match for the anchor, as Burton held firm until Ralbovsky could take over.
"That thing was so strong. I wasn't fine!" Burton joked about his reptile wrangling experience.
