21-Year-Old Vandalism Suspect Takes Memorable Mugshot
LONDONDERRY, N.H. (CBS) – A 21-year-old's arrest for alleged criminal mischief is getting more attention than usual because of how he decided to pose for his mugshot.
Sam Tulley, of Londonderry, was arrested at his Otterson Road home on Sunday on suspicion of tagging/spray painting in the Musquash Conservation Area.
In a booking photo released by police, a wide-eyed Tulley sticks his tongue right out at the camera.
"Unfortunately that is how he chose to act during the booking process," police tell WBZ-TV.
Tulley was released on $1,000 bail and is due back in Derry District Court On July 19.
