WorkSMART is a new pilot program in Boston which has turned out to be the perfect solution for some inner-city youth who really needed a helping hand to put them on the road to success! The non-profit organization Action for Boston Community Development Agency (ABCD) launched WorkSMART in September 2014, with the goal of keeping inner-city teens in school, through to graduation and providing them with pathways to higher education and careers! On this edition of Centro, WBZ’s Yadires Nova-Salcedo talks with Program Coordinator, Jessica Rosario. Tune in!

NOTE: You can watch both the English and Spanish versions of Centro anytime, visiting our website http://www.cbsboston.com/centro
