Daily Talker: Homework Debate
Whether as students or parents, we've all dealt with it. Homework. But how much homework is too much?
The National PTA recommends 10 to 20 minutes of homework per night for students in the first grade.
Add an additional 10 minutes per grade level after that. By 12th grade, that's 120 minutes of homework every night.
Some argue that doesn't give kids time to be kids or focus on other activities. What do you think? How much homework is too much?
