NightSide - National Grid Rates To Rise By Twenty-One Percent

BOSTON (CBS) - Heading into this winter, National Grid customers could see their electric rates rising by more than twenty percent if the new proposed rate is approved by the Massachusetts Department of Public Utilities. National Grid President Marcy Reed is in studio to talk about the increase and what customers can do to try to save some money.
