LOWELL (CBS) — It was a graduation day that one UMass Lowell student will never forget.

Class of 2015 senior Rachael Nall of Medford got a special surprise during the school’s commencement ceremony Saturday morning. As a speaker paid tribute to any military troops in attendance, she also revealed that Nall’s brother, Chris Nall, had just returned from active duty in the Navy to wish his sister well.
