Slicing Up Bruins Blame Pie: Who Gets The Most?

BOSTON (CBS) - After losing four straight games and now clinging to a two-point lead over the Florida Panthers for the final wild card spot in the Eastern Conference, the Boston Bruins have clearly underperformed this season.

And as the March 2 trade deadline quickly approaches, the Bruins enter the stretch run with more questions than answers.

Joe Murray and Adam Kaufman, filling in for Adam Jones and Rich Keefe, dished out their personal blame pies for this year's Bruins debacle among president Cam Neely, the Bruins players, general manager Peter Chiarelli and coach Claude Julien. Producer Josh Deering and intern Justin participated as well.

Joe Murray: "I don't think Julien is to blame whatsoever. Clearly Neely is signing off on these deals, or is Chiarelli just making these moves?"

Joe Murray on Justin's Pie: "Bruins players only 15 percent of the blame pie? Are you serious? The Bruins players are dogging it out there."

Adam Kaufman's Blame Pie

Kaufman: "Well we agree in terms of priority list. I'll bump [Chiarelli] up a little bit from what intern Justin had. Maybe go to 65 percent. Bump the players way up -- let's say 25 percent."

Meanwhile, producer Josh Deering seems to think the Bruins are victims of bad puck luck.
