BOSTON (CBS) – The Patriots are back on top of the football world, but Sunday’s Super Bowl wasn’t the only game featuring magnificent plays from New England.

Here are the Top 10 plays of the Patriots 2014 season:

10. Receiver Brandon LaFell, in his first year with the Patriots, hauled in a deep ball from Tom Brady before breaking a tackle and showing off some speed for a 56-yard touchdown catch against the Buffalo Bills:

9. Chandler Jones made it through the Vikings offensive line to block a punt and take it all the way to the house for the score:

8. Tom Brady hit receiver Julian Edelman on a slant, and Edelman did the rest, breaking tackles and outrunning defenders for a 69-yard touchdown against San Diego:

7. Linebacker Jamie Collins blocked a Miami Dolphins field goal while teammate Kyle Arrington scooped the rock and ran 62 yards for the defensive score:

6. Receiver Julian Edelman converted a 3rd down in the Super Bowl after taking a huge hit from Seahawks safety Cam Chancellor and gaining 21 yards in a crucial 4th quarter drive:

5. Defensive lineman Chris Jones made a game-saving field goal block against the New York Jets in Week 7:

4. Tight end Rob Gronkowski refused to go down, converting a 46-yard touchdown catch against the Bears:

3. In the AFC Divisional round, receiver Danny Amendola caught a 51-yard bomb from receiver and former college quarterback Julian Edelman for a pivotal score versus the Baltimore Ravens:

2. Rob Gronkowski made an unreal one-handed catch against the Broncos while falling down and reaching across his body with one arm:

1. Rookie cornerback Malcolm Butler saved the Super Bowl for the New England Patriots, jumping a Russell Wilson pass in the end zone to seal the Patriots’ fourth Super Bowl victory:
