The Sports Hub Golf Club’s go-to guy for conditioning and fitness, Paul Gozbekian, shares some great tips for keeping in shape during the (hopefully far off) offseason.

Paul is a member of the Titleist Performance Institute and works out of Equinox in the Back Bay, and has helped Hardy recover from a back injury that has allowed him to get back out on the course pain free.

Great advice from Paul, and proven results to boot!
