Boston Marathon Winner Keflezighi To Throw Out First Pitch At Red Sox Game
BOSTON (CBS) - The Boston Red Sox are hoping the American who became the first in 30 years to win the Boston Marathon men's division can bring them a little bit of good luck.
Meb Keflezighi will throw out the ceremonial first pitch at the Red Sox-Yankees game on Wednesday.
The Red Sox have lost two straight games, including last night's to the Yankees.
