BOSTON (AP) — Authorities say the man shot and killed by police after shooting an officer in the arm over the weekend had a long criminal history and was well known to law enforcement.New High-Tech Buoy Coming To Buzzards Bay
Police say Dookhran had faced multiple gun charges and as a juvenile was kicked out of two high schools for gang-related violence.
In 2011 he was arrested for bringing a loaded gun to Mass Bay Community College in Wellesley, where he was a student at the time.

Christopher Murrain, who was with Dookhran, is scheduled to be arraigned Monday on a charge of assaulting a police officer.
