Lawrence Woman Accused Of Shoplifting Mall Merchandise Valued at $100K
SALEM, N.H. (AP) — Police have arrested a woman who they believe may have shoplifted more than $100,000 of merchandise from malls in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
Twenty-seven-year-old Jennifer Santos of Lawrence, Mass., has been charged in a series of shoplifting crimes at Northshore Mall in Peabody, Mass.
Authorities have said the thefts were likely related to other thefts at a mall in Salem. Police do not believe she was working alone.
It was not immediately known whether Santos was being represented by a lawyer.
