Elderly Couple Finally Marries After 62-Year Relationship
BOSTON (CBS) – They dated for 62 years and now Atelia Michel and Elius Jacques are finally husband and wife.
Michel, 83, and Jacques, 88, got married Sunday at the Sant BelVi Health Center in Dorchester.

Couple Marries After 62 Years
They started dating in Haiti back in 1951 and they've raised 19 children since then.
Michel came to the U.S. in 1996, but she didn't follow until 2010.
Both have been regulars at the heath center in the last year and that's where the idea for the summer wedding started.
So why did they wait so long?
"They didn't even think of that, because they were raising their children," their son Jacques told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 through a translator.
