Hanover Cop's Job On The Line Over Bottle Of Sun Tan Lotion

HANOVER (CBS) --Like a lot of small business owners, Sarah Nagle is fighting to stay afloat.

When someone steal from her, it's like taking food off her table and when it's allegedly a police officer?

"He should be ashamed of himself," Nagle said. "He's here to uphold the law, not break it."

According to Nagle, officer Bill Bostic and his girlfriend are regulars at her tanning salon.

On video surveillance, a man can be seen stealing a $10 packet of tanning oil. She says it's Bostic.

Bostic was at the Plymouth Courthouse Friday for a probable cause hearing to determine whether charges should be brought.

No charges have yet to be filed.

Bostic is on paid administrative leave.
