Bruins-Senators Game Postponed, Celtics-Pacers Game Canceled After Explosions

BOSTON (CBS) – Monday night's Boston Bruins game against the Ottawa Senators at the TD Garden has been postponed due to the events in Boston during the Boston Marathon.

Two deadly explosions went off in Copley Square near the finish line of the 117th Boston Marathon earlier in the afternoon.

No makeup date has been scheduled for Monday night's game. The Bruins are scheduled to play next on Wednesday night in Boston when they host the Buffalo Sabres.

The Bruins already have one makeup game scheduled for Thursday April 25, a game that was originally postponed due to snow.

The NBA has canceled Tuesday night's Celtics-Pacers game that was scheduled to be played at the TD Garden in Boston. It will not be rescheduled.
