The app works like a GPS by finding a customer’s location and then tracks the nearest participating cab driver.

The driver’s photo, name, cab number and phone number will show up on your screen.

And, if you happen to leave something in the cab after your ride, you’ll have a way to track down the driver.

The app is free to download, but there is a fee for each cab hailed.

All drivers can charge the fare to the passenger’s credit card using Hailo.
