BOSTON (CBS) – It’s that time of the year again, when 98.5 The Sports Hub supremacy can be determined in only one way: a rap battle.

In the second battle of round one newcomer Gary Tanguay racked up 66% of the votes to knock off Andy Gresh to move on to round two.
The third battle put Fred Toucher up against Adolfo Gonzalez. Just as everyone had feared Adolfo’s rap sucked worse than year’s. Rich took Adolfo’s rap threw it out and had a few special guests help him out, but even with all the extra help Fred still won the battle with 69% of the votes.
After an extra day it’s time for Rich Shertenlieb vs. Damon Amendolara. Rich won his first round battle, but won by the lowest margin so he didn’t move on. D.A. on the other hand won it all and many feel that this is the biggest matchup of the first round. Can Rich knock off last year’s champ?
