Job Market Improving For Teens
BOSTON (CBS) - A survey by the job placement company Challenger, Gray and Christmas finds the summer job market for teens is starting to improve.
John Challenger tells WBZ that more than a million jobs for teens will be available and fewer of them will have to compete with older workers for positions.
But Challenger says many 16-19-year-olds are not looking for work. He says many of those teens are taking volunteer positions or going back to school.
