116th Boston Marathon Top Finishers

BOSTON (CBS) - Runners from all over the world braved the untimely heat for the 116th running of the Boston Marathon.

The heat factored in, with last year's Men's winner Geoffrey Mutai dropping out with cramps near the 18-mile mark, and some slow finish times even at the top of the pack.
