WORCESTER (CBS) – When Occupy Worcester’s permit at Lake Quinsigamond expired Sunday, the group that had been protesting there for a month packed up.

They marched to Lincoln Square and vow to keep on protesting from their new site.

This time they are without a permit, but have been told as long as they don’t pitch tents and live there, they can keep pacing the sidewalk with signs.

WBZ NewsRadio 1030’s Lana Jones reports

Jason Eldridge of Occupy Worcester says he believes there is support for the movement in the city, and if for some reason they can’t stay, they have other locations in mind.

Not for anything but who cares! If they spent as much time looking for a job, volunteering for the common good or anything else that is beneficial to someone other than themself, I might care, but people who stand around all day or sleep in tents thinking that this will change the world, will soon learn that it won’t. Look around people, nobody cares and most of them are in that 99% you claim to represent.
