BOSTON (CBS) – Professional wrestling legend Ric Flair stopped by the Red Sox clubhouse before Tuesday’s game against the Baltimore Orioles.

Flair was there to show off his TNA (Total Nonstop Action) championship belt to Dustin Pedroia.

“He is a respectful, wonderful young man,” Flair said of Pedroia.

Flair was contacted by the Red Sox because Pedroia had a replica belt, and they wanted to, “bring in the real deal.”

“The Nature Boy” has wrestled in Boston many times, but this was his first visit to Fenway Park.

“They were as excited to meet me as I was excited to meet them,” Flair told WBZ-TV’s Steve Burton.

Also, much to the delight of the Fenway Faithful, Flair did his trademark, “Wooooo!”
