BOSTON (CBS) - The NTSB report on the crash confirms that a trolley operator, Aiden Quinn sent a text message to his girlfriend right before the crash, which distracted him from seeing warning lights that signaled another train was stopped ahead.

The crash between Government Center and Park Street left 68 people injured.

The MBTA implemented a strict no texting policy after the crash.

The driver, Quinn pleaded guilty to negligence.
