Thieves steal $100,000 in goods from Chanel

Boston police are looking for at least five people in connection with some high end robberies.

Four men rushed into the Chanel store on Newbury Street Friday afternoon and ran off with more than $100,000 worth of handbags, jackets and other accessories.

Investigators say a woman helped out the suspects.

Police say the same group hit the Louis Vuitton store in the Copley Place Mall twice last month.

The four men caught on surveillance video are described as:

  • Black, 5'8", heavy build, wearing a white polo shirt with blue stripes
  • Black, 6'2", heavy build, wearing dark clothing, about 20-30 years old
  • Black, 5'7", medium build, dark clothing, about 20-30 years old and;
  • Black, unknown height about 20-30 years old
