If there's one thing the city is lacking, it's some good grass... you know, the stuff you play games on or lay down and listen to music in.

Well lucky for all you Bostonians, the city recently got some of this awesome stuff that's perfect for all of your favorite fall activities.

Head over to the Lawn on D, your new go-to place to grab a drink with friends, play games and listen to live music. This 2.7 acre outdoor space is the first of its kind in Boston, and is complete with everything that you could ever ask for including food, live music, art installations, games, entertainment and alcohol. Yes, you read that correctly, you can now find all of your favorite things in one place.

Wander on over during your lunch break and get some snacks from the food tent or stop by some of the daily food trucks like the Chicken and Rice Guys or Roxy's Grilled Cheese. If you need to release some tension after work, head over and beat your buddies in corn hole, kanjam, bocce ball or ping pong. Looking for a new date night spot to impress the ladies? Make yourself look somewhat sophisticated and take her to enjoy the Swing Time Art Installation or impress her with your wicked trivia skills at Tuesday Trivia with Olivia.

If you're looking for some weekend entertainment, you can also go hear live local artists like the Nemes at Make Music Boston, and on Sundays you can stop by for Football Sunday's with your bros. Feel free to kick back and watch the big game on the big screen while you enjoy local food trucks like the Sausage Guy, and drink all the local craft beer you could ever want.
