Baby it's freaking cold (and snowy) outside. So this winter hasn't exactly been kind to Bostonians… or anyone in the New England area really. Here to ease the pain however is your newest edition to the restaurant scene—The Brewers Fork.
Last month Michael Cooney (Kingfish Hall) and Chef John Paine (Moody's Delicatessen) opened the doors to their rustic pizza and beer venue. Seating 68, this former dry cleaner is fashioned with exposed brick walls, wooden beamed ceilings and comfy booths designed with vintage wine corks. The glass garage door will soon lead out to a patio… that is, once Mother Nature has had her last laugh.

For now though, you might want to cozy up inside and grab yourself one, or more (you deserve it) of the 30 beers on draft or those on the ever-rotating rare brews list, supplied from local breweries (think Jack's Abby and Alagash). Or if you're in the mood for something a little less carby, grab one of the ciders, sake and 40 different wines.

Looking to warm up your belly and soul? Try one of Paine's refined pizzas or unique dishes. Choices like the fluke crudo with grapefruit and chilies, the cured beef salad with chopped herbs pickled mushrooms and black garlic, or the pulled chicken pizza with Carolina mustard sauce and crackly fried chicken skins will help you forget all about the wet mess that is your city.
So get out from inside your igloo and venture over to The Brewers Fork for a wonderfully warm time, in the great indoors.
