Website & Reviews
This menswear store in Newton Centre has been family-owned for three generations – by the family of actor Jason Segel (Marshall Eriksen). Mr. Sid was opened by Segel's grandfather more than forty years ago. Walking into Mr. Sid is walking into a sophisticated shopping experience. Among the sprawling rooms filled with some of the finest brand names in men's clothing (Ermenegildo Zegna, Brioni, Corneliani, and Isaia to name a few), you'll find chandeliers, a huge stone fireplace, a billiard table, and a men's hair salon. They even have a complimentary cocktail hour. "If you need a nice suit, go see the Segel's at Mr. Sid's," Segel urges.

Neil Patrick Harris thinks "the food's delicious" in Boston. And what food is more Boston than clam chowder? Legal Sea Foods has this local favorite down pat. Fans of Legal's chowdah say the creaminess and abundance of clams set it apart from the rest. Perhaps that is why it's been served at the last seven presidential inaugurations. Legal Sea Foods has 19 Massachusetts locations. Their new flagship restaurant, Legal Harborside, overlooks the water right next to the Boston Fish Pier. It features three floors, with three distinct personalities. A casual seafood restaurant, oyster bar and fresh fish market grace the first floor; refined dining opens this spring on the second floor; and the third floor deck will be home to the rooftop lounge. "A great respect for history." That's one of the things Neil Patrick Harris remembers most from the time he spent in Boston. Follow the red-brick path of the Freedom Trail to take a trip back in time. The 2.5 mile path winds past 16 sites that chronicle Boston's revolutionary history. You can start anywhere along route, and tour sites that include Faneuil Hall, the Paul Revere House, USS Constitution, and Bunker Hill Monument – all of which are free. Some of the other sites along the way charge admission. You can walk at your own pace, or take a guided walking tour. See Also: Free Things To Do In Boston

Latest Red Sox News
How do you capture the passion of Red Sox Nation in one sentence? Harris tried, when he described Bostonians as "proud of their teams." But it may require a trip to Fenway Park to truly understand the fever. It's the oldest, and arguably most storied, ballpark in Major League Baseball, and a true must-see for anybody who visits Boston. Be prepared to be cramped in your seat, and pay a pretty penny for your tickets and food. But that's all part of the Fenway charm. If you can't get tickets to a Red Sox game, there are tours available, which are well worth the $12 price tag. See Also: Guide To Fenway Park
