So, not sure if you all have realized this yet, but February is basically the party month of winter. I mean seriously! You kick off the month with some great football (get it, kick off…), then, in the middle of the month you get to celebrate Hallmark's favorite holiday: Singles Awareness Day… or Valentine's Day as some like to call it. And quickly there after you get almost an entire week filled with sweet celebrations: President's Day, followed by Mardi Gras, then Ash Wednesday and who can forget the Chinese New Year.

Since you obvi can't take the entire month of February off (unless you're Tom Brady) we've discovered a new stellar, yet somewhat more subtle way to celebrate. It starts with grabbing your boo, the neighbor you've been stalking or that stranger you just bumped into while reading this on your phone, and heading to Boston's 24th annual Wine Expo.

On Valentine's Day weekend you'll have two days to view and taste incredible cooking from some of the country's best chefs while sipping on some of the top vineyards' vino. Conducting demonstrations are chefs like Barbara Lynch (No. 9 Park), Ming Tsai (Blue Dragon), Aaron Chambers (Bar Boulud) and Top Chef's season 2 semifinalist Sam Talbot (soon to open Pig + Poet).

In addition to sampling creations from these inventors, you'll enjoy bites from some of the best restaurants around like Poe's Kitchen at the Rattlesnake, Cabot Creamery and Earls Kitchen + Bar.

Of course no meal is complete without a perfectly paired wine; and with over 300 wineries and 2,000 bottle selections you'll have no trouble finding your perfect pair.

And who knows, you may even find a great wine to match your eats too…
