Signature dishes include the Saigon noodle, pad thai, pho ga and tom yum noodle soup. For a pho fix in Brookline’s Coolidge Corner area, award-winning Pho Lemongrass has all of the Vietnamese favorites. It has classics including vegetable pho with assorted veggies in chicken or vegetable broth. But it even has additional options like brisket pho, salmon or shrimp soups for $8.75. Similar to the other spots, Pho Lemongrass offers a choice in noodles and serves the soups with bean sprouts, Asian basil and lime.
