Signature dishes include the Saigon noodle, pad thai, pho ga and tom yum noodle soup. Pho favorites include the duck noodle soup or the rib curry noodle soup with braised pork ribs in tomato curry broth with sour mustard, quail egg, dry chili, fried scallion and fried garlic topped with cilantro and scallion for $11.95.
