Man Charged With Taking Upskirting Photos At Newbury Street Store

BOSTON (CBS) -- A man is facing charges for taking inappropriate pictures in a Newbury Street store.

The Suffolk District Attorney's Office announced 49-year-old Damon Deteso will be arraigned on Wednesday.

Deteso allegedly took "upskirting" photographs of 36 different victims, according to the D.A.

The charges are from September 2021 but no further details were provided.
