Massachusetts State House Visitors No Longer Required To Wear Masks, Prove Vaccination Status

BOSTON (CBS) – Starting Monday, people visiting the Massachusetts State House don't need to wear a mask or show proof of vaccination to get in.

Lawmakers announced the change last week, citing dropping COVID cases across the state.

The restrictions were put in place nearly two weeks ago when the State House reopened to the public.

It was closed for nearly two years because of the pandemic.
