Moose Illegally Shot, Poached In Ludlow Wildlife Management Area

LUDLOW (CBS) -- Environmental Police are investigating after a moose was "illegally shot and poached" in Ludlow last week.

It happened in the Facing Rock Wildlife Management Area around Friday afternoon, authorities said. Moose hunting is prohibited by law in Massachusetts.
