Man Allegedly Used Frozen Water Bottle In Tewksbury Fight

TEWKSBURY (CBS) – A man was arrested Friday after he allegedly used a frozen water bottle during a fight in Tewksbury.

Gerardo Rivera, 31, of Lawrence, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, possession of Adderall, and a fugitive from justice court warrant out of New Hampshire.

Tewksbury Police said the charges stem from a scuffle that broke out on East Street.

Rivera had left the scene before officers arrived, but he was later arrested.
