Worcester To Require Masks In Schools To Start Year

WORCESTER (CBS) – Worcester, one of the largest school districts in the state, will require masks in school this fall.

The Worcester School Committee voted Wednesday night that face coverings will be required, at least to start the year.

The policy applies to students and staff, regardless of vaccination status.

Starting Thursday, Worcester city employees and visitors must wear masks inside public buildings.
