Actor Sacha Baron Cohen Suing Somerset Dispensary For Billboard Featuring 'Borat'

SOMERSET (CBS) – A Somerset cannabis dispensary is being sued for using the character of "Borat" on a billboard.

Actor Sacha Baron Cohen is suing Solar Therapeutics.

The suit claims the company never got his permission to use his likeness or his character to advertise their dispensary.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, the billboard has been taken down but Solar Therapeutics has refused compensation for their use of his image.

The actor is seeking a total of $9 million in damages.
