Malden Police Look Into Shooting That Ended Outside Walgreens Store
MALDEN (CBS) – Police are investigating a shooting in Malden Thursday night.
Crime scene tape surrounded a silver Honda Civic in a Walgreens parking lot.
A witness told WBZ-TV she heard gunfire and then saw a man swerve into the lot with a passenger inside who appeared to have been shot.
"It sounded like a big huge tire going off. You know when you're going down the highway and a big truck tire exploded? That's what it sounded like to me," the woman said. "The guy got out of his car, and he was panicking. And I said calm down, they're on their way. And within seconds, the ambulance was here"
It is unclear where the shooting took place.
No other information is available at this point in the investigation.
