Teen Shot In Dorchester Identified By Police

BOSTON (CBS) -- The woman killed in a Dorchester shooting Friday afternoon has been identified as 19-year-old Tasjahnaya Dance.

Dance, who lived in Dorchester, was shot near Bowdoin Avenue and Washington Street.

Police responded to the call for a person shot at about 12:40 p.m. Police said Dance was suffering from multiple gunshot wounds and was transported to the hospital, where she later died.

Police have not announced an arrest.
