Target Stores Staying Open Later For Holiday Shopping; Special Hours For Seniors Reduced

BOSTON (CBS) -- Target is extending its store hours in the days leading up to Christmas. Starting Monday, most Target locations will be open from 7 a.m. until midnight, a company spokesperson said.

Target is also reducing its special hours for senior citizens and other shoppers who are especially vulnerable to the coronavirus. Many stores will dedicate the first hour on Tuesdays for that group.

Shoppers should check Target's store locator to confirm hours in their area.
