EVERETT (CBS) – A Natick man was arrested early Thursday morning after a stabbing inside the Encore Boston Harbor casino.

David Guante, 30, ran from the casino after an altercation with a 24-year-old Lynn man. The victim suffered a puncture wound that is believed to be minor. He was taken to Mass General Hospital for treatment.

After the stabbing, Guante was arrested in a parking lot across the street from the casino.

State Police used K-9 units to search the area, and located a small knife.
