Harvard Ranch's Drive-By Alpaca Event Raises $1,600 For Food Bank
HARVARD (CBS) – A Harvard alpaca farm hosted a drive-by alpaca visit, with money raised benefitting a local organization in need during the coronavirus pandemic.
The Harvard Alpaca Ranch has been closed because of the pandemic.
Over the weekend they offered drive-by visits so people could see the animals without leaving their cars.
It was all to raise money for a local food pantry. About $1,600 was raised for the loaves and fishes food pantry in Devens.
