BOSTON (CBS) – A Boston Police officer tested positive for coronavirus, the department confirmed on Sunday.
Police did not say which area of the city the officer worked in.

For safety measures, there was a thorough and deep cleaning at the officer's work area.
Boston Police said the officer will remain at home until medically cleared for work.
As of Saturday, there are 525 confirmed cases of coronavirus in Massachusetts.
