About The PMC:
Raising $717 million to fight cancer since 1980

 

WBZ-TV is proud to support The Pan-Mass Challenge (PMC), the single largest athletic fundraising event in the country. Since 1980, PMC cyclists have raised more than $717 million for patient care and cancer research at the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. The Ride:
The 2020 PMC has been reimagined

 

The 2020 ride has been reimagined to maintain the PMC’s commitment to Dana-Farber Cancer Institute while prioritizing the health and safety of riders and volunteers. The traditional ride will be transformed into an interactive experience on August 1, 2020, with riders taking part from their hometowns around the globe..

This year’s “Reimagined PMC” will be a virtual event on Saturday, August 1. Opening Ceremonies will be Friday night, July 31 carried on WBZ-TV and CBSN Boston.
