LONDONDERRY, N.H. (AP) – A young man has been charged with second degree murder in a case at a home in Londonderry, New Hampshire.

The Attorney General’s Office said 24-year-old Brandon Castiglione faced arraignment Wednesday in Rockingham County Superior Court.

He is accused of killing 60-year-old Luis Garcia at a home on Ridgemont Drive, Tuesday.

Officials on Wednesday released autopsy results showing that Garcia died from a single gunshot wound to the neck and the cause was homicide.

Castiglione waived arraignment and is currently being held without bail. A phone number or lawyer information for Castiglione could not be found.
