1 Killed In Shooting, Police Establish Crime Scene Outside Boston Medical Center

BOSTON (CBS) – Police surrounded part of a Boston hospital overnight as a car riddled with bullet holes arrived at the emergency room entrance. One person was found dead inside the car and the driver was also injured.

Officers blocked off an area in front of Boston Medical Center with crime scene tape.

Boston Police said just before 1 a.m. a car damaged by bullets pulled up in front of the hospital. One person was dead when the car arrived, and a second person was suffering from non-life threatening injuries.

Police believe the victims were shot on Percival Street in Dorchester around 12:45 a.m. Responding officers found ballistic evidence and damaged motor vehicles.
