Police Arrest Scooter Operator 'Doing Wheelies' In Traffic
EVERETT (CBS) – Police arrested a scooter operator after a chase in Everett on Friday.
Everett Police Chief Steven Mazzie said the suspect was "driving erratically in and out of traffic as well as doing wheelies."
The driver was stopped and arrested, and police seized the scooter.
