One Taken To Hospital After Fire In Bourne Apartment Building

BOURNE (CBS) - At least one person was taken to the hospital Tuesday night after a multi-family house fire in Bourne.

Bourne police officers arrived at the home about 8 p.m. and began helping evacuate the residents from the Sandwich Road home.

Two police officers were evaluated at the scene and are OK.

One resident was taken to the hospital, but the person's injuries were not life-threatening.

The cause of the fire has not been released.
