BOSTON (CBS) — A car fire at the entrance of the O’Neill Tunnel temporarily shut down all northbound lanes of Interstate-93 Sunday evening.

No one was injured but the car was fully engulfed in flames.

According to MassDOT Communications Director Jacquelyn Goddard, the travel lanes were blocked between 5:30 p.m. and 6:20 p.m.

In the meantime, backed up traffic had to be diverted at Exit 20.
