Man Charged With Placing Hoax Bomb On Portsmouth, NH Christmas Tree
PORTSMOUTH, N.H. (CBS) – A New Hampshire man has been arrested, accused of planting a fake bomb on the city Christmas tree in downtown Portsmouth.
Police say Richard Will placed the device on the tree moments before the holiday parade on Saturday.
Will was released on bail and faces several charges.
He's due back in court next month.
